COMBAT
The Community Backed Anti-Drug Tax, commonly known as COMBAT, applies proceeds from the quarter cent sales tax to finance a comprehensive anti-drug effort, including investigation, prosecution, incarceration, rehabilitation, treatment, judicial processing and community crime prevention.
