Kansas City Youth Program Standards of Quality Performance were developed by 24 local youth-serving agencies
that volunteered their time and best thinking to the project in the winter of the year 2000. The process was
facilitated by YouthNet of Greater Kansas City a nonprofit organization that has as its vision "...parents,
young people, youth-serving agencies and funders, working together to build an effective and sustainable
network of youth programs in Kansas City."
